Dr. Iain Carruthers-Jones PhD MSc C.Psychol

Iain Carruthers-Jones is the Director of the London Office of The Talent Development Group, a leadership and organisation development consulting firm. In addition to this, Iain is a Lominger International Associate (www.lominger.com), certified to use the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of products.
Iain helps organisations meet the challenge of leading and managing their business across structural, language, cultural and distance boundaries. He works with senior management groups to develop and maintain talent management processes aimed at selecting, developing and retaining future organisational leaders.
Iain consults with operational and functional groups in the areas of leadership, executive coaching, selection and replacement planning, performance management, team and organisational development. He operates on a worldwide basis and has worked in over 30 countries in Europe, including Russia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and the Ukraine, as well as North America, Asia and Australia. Iain also has more than 20 years of business experience in banking, pharmaceutical and health care organisations, including experience as a line manager, project director and general manager. Prior to starting his own consulting practice in 1995, he worked as a consultant with RHR International and with CRC International. He joined Acker Deboeck on 1st Jan 2002, and started The Talent Development Group on 1st July, 2004.
His clients are primarily medium to very large organisations in manufacturing, financial services, engineering, information technology, advertising, media, pharmaceuticals and professional services. He has even worked with a famous ballet company!
Iain holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of London, a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Manchester and a doctorate from the University of Edinburgh. He is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Foreign Affiliate of the American Psychological Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Institute of Directors. Iain’s working languages are English, German and French.
Hugo Nys
Hugo
is particularly interested in post-merger integration and its implications
for organisational culture, matrix structures, team building and shared
leadership. He has many years experience in cross border Management
Audit. He has specific expertise in the pharmaceutical, computer and
telecommunications industries, as well as in the services sector. Hugo was educated at the University of Louvain in Belgium.
Previously Hugo was Managing Director at Nys Associates (Belgium) and s.a.r.l. Dionys (France) and a Brussels based partner of Acker Deboeck. Before this he spent many years with RHR where he was Vice President International, based in London.
His working languages are French, English, Dutch and German.
