Dr. Iain Carruthers-Jones PhD MSc C.Psychol

Iain operates on a worldwide basis for large multinational corporations in many different market sectors. He has worked in over thirty countries - in Europe, including the Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and Russia, North America, Asia and Australasia. He helps companies meet the challenges of leading and managing their business across language, cultural and distance boundaries. He places a special emphasis on leadership skills development with top managers, top teams and emerging talent as well as succession and replacement planning. Iain was educated at the Universities of London,
Edinburgh and Manchester. He is a Chartered Psychologist. |
Before establishing The Talent Development Group with Hugo Nys, Iain worked for RHR, ran his own consulting business and then was the London Managing Partner for Acker Deboeck. Previously, he was a general manager in the UK National Health Service. Iain has also held line and general manager roles in banking and pharmaceutical companies. His working languages are English, French and German. |

Hugo
is particularly interested in post-merger integration and its implications
for organisational culture, matrix structures, team building and shared
leadership. He has many years experience in cross border Management
Audit. He has specific expertise in the pharmaceutical, computer and
telecommunications industries, as well as in the services sector.
Hugo was educated at the University of Louvain in Belgium. |
